What payment options do you offer?
We accept all debit / credit cards, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.
Do you offer a payoff scheme?
We are happy to share that we offer Klarna at checkout. However, it is at the discretion of Klarna to determine if they choose to present themselves as available payment options. This decision is determined by your individual relationship with Klarna
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are processed Monday - Friday by our team. Order by 3pm (GMT) for your order to be processed and shipped the same day, any orders that are placed after 3pm will be processed and shipped the next working day.Orders placed with Next Day Delivery
Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel an order then please contact our customer service team here in order to provide a resolution for you. Our team will always aim to cancel this where possible but this cannot be guaranteed.
Can I collect my order?
We are pleased to confirm that we offer local pick up from our HQ in Liverpool. Local pick up is only available on selected days and times and therefore if the option is not available at the checkout page, this means local pick up is not available at
