Who can join N&K rewards?
Anyone with an account is automatically enrolled into the Noughts and Kisses Rewards programme. To register for an account, simply register here and we will send a confirmation email once the account has been successfully created.
How do I earn points?
You can earn points when you shop online at Noughts and Kisses!. Additionally, you can earn points when you refer a friend, leave a review, subscribe to our mailing list or even follow us on Instagram. To see all the ways in which you can earn points
How do I view my points balance?
In order to view your points balance please log into your account here and the balance will be available on the header of the loyalty page!
How do I redeem my points?
In order to redeem your points, select the tab *Redeem Points* on your account here. At this stage, you’ll see all the rewards we offer. If you have enough points, you can redeem them for a reward. You can redeem points in increments of 500 points. T
Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?
There is no limit to the amount of points you can earn!. Happy shopping!
What do the 'approved', 'pending' and 'cancelled' statuses mean?
Approved: These points can be redeemed on rewards immediately. Pending: These points still need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and referrals. Please note: points will remain pending for 14 days until af
What happens if a friend I refer cancels or returns their order?
If your referral cancels or returns their order, your pending points will become cancelled and will be removed from your account.
Why has my account balance gone down?
If your points have been reduced then this means you, or someone you referred, cancelled or returned a purchase. Points only remain on your account after the 14 day returns policy.
I completed an activity but didn't earn points?
If you haven’t received your points after completing an activity, it can sometimes take up to 24 working hours to process your activity and provide the points. If you are still yet to receive the points after 24 working hours please contact our custo
Do my rewards expire?
Yes, your rewards expire after 6 months if not used on an order.
Do my points expire?
Yes, your points will expire 12 months after your last order.
