What happens if my item has arrived faulty or damaged?Updated 2 months ago

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, our customer care team need to be contacted within 48 hours of receiving the order here

When you get in touch with us, please kindly provide the following information:

  • Order number
  • A photograph of the fault

Depending on the damage and timeframe, our team will work to provide a solution.

Please note: that items worn before a fault is reported are not eligible for return or refund. If you choose to wear a faulty item, you void your right to a return or refund.
