At present we unfortunately do not offer an exchange service at this time. 

Therefore, if you wish to return your order for a full refund then we would kindly ask for you to visit our Returns Portal to raise your return request. 

When requesting a return, we would kindly ask for you to complete the online returns form and we will be sure to get back to you with further instructions of how to return your order.

Once your return has been received back at our HQ we will be sure to process the refund within 5 working days providing it meets our returns criteria.
