It’s important to note that return shipping costs are not covered by Noughts and Kisses. 

Return postage is at the buyers cost & responsibility until the returned parcel has arrived safely with us.

We highly recommend returning your items using a tracked & signed for service to ensure they arrive with us & prevent being lost by the chosen postal service.

We also recommend obtaining proof of postage and returning your item in our original packaging.
