What does it mean when my item is on 'Pre-Order'?
If your item is on Pre-Order then it is on the way to our HQ however while the item is in transit we allow for our customers to buy the item. As soon as it lands in the warehouse it is dispatched the same day!
If I order other items with my 'Pre-Order' item will they be dispatched together?
We dispatch all items together on the day the pre-order item arrives at our HQ. However if you need your other items earlier please email customer care here and they will be sure to arrange for two separate dispatches.
When will my 'Pre-Order' item arrive?
The dispatch date will always be displayed next to the size or in the description of the product page. The maximum wait for pre-order items is up to 2 weeks. The date shown will not change and therefore when the item is ordered will be the timeframe
Why have I received a dispatch email?
Dispatch emails are automatically generated after we make a shipment label. We make the shipment label around the time of ordering so the paperwork is ready for when the item arrives to our warehouse. The tracking number on your dispatch email will s
