Our policy allows you to return your item up to 14 days from receiving your order. A valid return request must be submitted via our Returns Portal before sending your item back to be eligible for a refund.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all original tags attached.

- Returns received with makeup, fake tan marks, strong body odour, perfume, pet hair, or any signs of wear may be rejected and returned to you. Please try all items on with care.

- All £10 / £20 sale items are final sale and non-refundable. If returned to us, the return will be rejected and sent back to you.

- All earrings are final sale and non-refundable due to hygiene reasons. If returned to us, the return will be rejected and sent back to you.

- For hygiene reasons, swimwear and any items supplied with a hygiene strip must be returned with the hygiene strip fully intact and in its original position. Items returned with the hygiene strip removed, damaged, altered, or reattached will not be accepted for return and will be sent back to you.

Items received after the 14-day return period may be rejected or a credit note may be issued at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse late returns.
